Abdominal pain is normally sickness that I feel during my monthly period. I starts suffer this severe pain at my young age. Menstrual cramp or (dysmennhoria) is a severe pain that affects most of women. This is the most common reason why we seek medical attention. The pain from menstrual cramps can range from mild to severe and can involve the lower abdomen, back, or thighs. You may also have headaches, nausea, dizziness or fainting, or diarrhea or constipation with your cramps.
During the menstrual cycle, the lining of the uterus produces hormone called prostaglandin. This hormone causes the uterus to contract, often painfully Women with severe cramps may produce higher-than-normal amounts of prostaglandin, or they may be more sensitive to its effects.
Cramping is common during teen years, when a woman first starts having period. Primary dysmennhoria is a word used to describe “Painful menstrual cramping” with no recognized physical cause. However, you will be able to prevent this pain by following these few advice.
1. Monitor your healthy diet, eat lots of fruits and vegetables as well as
increase of Fluid intake, avoid alcohol, caffeine, salt, and sweets
(hmmmmm..fav).
2. Physical work out is necessarily.
3. Relaxation,
4. Avoid Smoke.
